An available card opens an account.
Activate a card and associate a customer name when needed. Blocked, lost or inactive cards cannot start a new account.
The card returns to service. The account history stays.

Products with no preparation destination bypass the station queues and remain in active orders for delivery.
Account continuity
Keep the service history with the account.
Payments are records of money received outside TubaPOS. Automatic bank charging and partial payments are not included.
Manage the card
Create, rename, block or deactivate cards and mark lost cards. Card status controls whether a new account can be opened.
Replace without losing context
Transfer an open account from a lost card to an available card. Consumption, orders and payment history stay associated with the account and its card history.
Settle with a clear close
Complete all deliveries, confirm card return and record the full payment. Closing the account and freeing the card happen in the same operation.

Catalogue
Manage products and categories, SKU, price, optional cost and preparation destination. Inactive products or categories are unavailable for new orders.

Stock
Configure unit-based stock, register entries, adjustments and losses, and follow low-stock thresholds and movement history.

Ingredients and recipes
Link a product to ingredient quantities. Sending an order consumes its configured stock; a valid cancellation on an open account creates reversing movements.
Negative stock is blocked by default. Owner and Manager can authorize supported exceptions with a recorded reason.

Read the service that is happening now.
The dashboard brings open accounts and preparation activity into one view. These are operational measures, not advanced analytics.

People and responsibility
Each role has a defined place in the service.
Role permissions govern access and actions. Bar and Kitchen staff see their own station; establishment membership separates operational records.

The audit log records supported operational actions and their author. User administration protects the last active Owner.
Operational records
From the open bill to a retained receipt.
Create a provisional bill, a final receipt or a station order. Saved document snapshots retain their issued content; print history identifies the operator, format and reprints.

80 mm thermal and A4 output use the browser print dialog. These are operational documents; TubaPOS does not provide certified fiscal invoicing.

- Application language
- Portuguese. This product presentation is also available in English, French and Spanish.
- Currency and time
- CVE amounts, with up to two decimal places. Operations use the Cape Verde time zone.
- Access
- Browser-based operation with an internet connection and establishment-specific staff access.
What this version does not include
QR/NFC readers, automatic bank charging, partial payments, advanced analytics, direct network-printer integration and certified fiscal invoicing are not included. Discuss your operating and document requirements before choosing the product.
